In assembly this morning, our new Year 6 Peer Mentors introduced themselves to the girls at Spencer House. They will be out in the playground every lunch time for the duration of the year, helping their peers manage friendship issues and being available if problems arise. The girls are trained by EQPrep to manage conflict resolution, learn to be active listeners, remain curious at all times and try to be impartial. Jules from EQPrep also told the Spencer House girls about their drop-in chat service, EQChat which is available to girls in Years 4-6 every Tuesday lunchtime.
