A Trip to the Museum of London

The Year 2 girls were lucky enough to take a trip recently where they stepped inside the Museum of London for an unforgettable journey through the capital’s turbulent past. They discovered prehistoric London, saw how the city changed under Romans and Saxons, wondered at medieval London and examined the tumultuous years when London was ravaged by civil wars, plague and fire.  Here is what two girls had to say of the trip:

“While I walked around the museum I saw a little video about The Great Fire of London.  It told me what day it was started.”  Emilia W

“I enjoyed walking around the museum.  I saw a model of London and an old set of scales.”  Marlies D
