Study Girls perform a Dance and Music Medley

Nothing the Study girls enjoy more than performing to an audience!  The Study offers many opportunities for its girls to showcase their musical, dramatic and dancing skills and one of the highlights of the year is the chance to perform to the crowds at the annual Wimbledon Village Fair.

Our Year 2 ballerinas performed first, showing grace and technique during their Waltz of the Flowers, and their beautiful petal pink leotards were perfect for the theme! Next followed performances from the Creative Dance Clubs, from Year 3, 5 and 6. The Year 3 group performed to “Everywhere” and the Year 5 and 6 Club to “Sing, sing, sing”, looking wonderful in their glamorous flapper dresses. Our grand finale was the Spencer House Jazz Club, led by conductor Adrian Crawford, which played two wonderful pieces, “Shades of Blue” and “The Muppets”.  The crowd loved the performances and the girls did the Study proud – well done!
