Year3 Girls Visit The London Aquarium

The London Aquarium is the only place in the capital where visitors can come face to face with sharks, deadly stone fish and over 350 species of sea life. The girls were very excited about what they saw and learnt on the trip, from the thrilling glass walkway over the shark tank at the beginning of the tour, to the magical jellyfish, colourful tropical fish, and hardy turtles, all the creatures were a delight to see.  The girls learned some really fascinating facts about jellyfish; including how they can reach the size of a blue whale, how they can live forever, and how they are a delicacy in certain areas of the world.  The trip will help to bring this term’s Year 3 Creative Curriculum topic to life in a magical way.
