Study Artists do us Proud!

Our talented girls excelled themselves once again this year with creating some wonderful artworks for the annual competition run by the Royal College of Art, in aid of charity, and this year the theme was “City Life”.  The prestigious panel of judges selected the artworks of six Study girls to be Commended and Highly Commended.  Well done to Alisa Brendling and Jessica Deaconescu (Year 1), Alice Clarke (Year 2), Linnea Barron and Isabel Boley (Year 5), and Christina Taylor (Year 6).They were also invited to go to the RCA to the exhibition of all the winning entries, which was a great treat.  See below a photo of Linnea and Isabel enjoying their trip!

Very well done to all the girls!  Scroll down to see the girls’ entries.

In other artistic news, our photography scholar Sophie Young was shortlisted in the prestigious National School Photography Awards recently with her fantastic image of the girls in the Spencer House playground.  Very well done Sophie!
