On Wednesday March 27th, four Year 5 girls went along to the annual Prep Schools’ Maths Team Challenge at Epsom College.
The girls were competing amongst 13 other prep schools and the competition was fierce! The morning consisted of three mathematical challenge rounds, testing logic, arithmetic, problem solving and even the girls’ running abilities! After an intense morning of challenges, the girls were rewarded with a well-deserved tasty lunch and of course, doughnuts to feed their tired brains! Although The Study did not come in the top three schools participating, they worked together brilliantly and were an asset to the school. We also made a few new friends along the way. We are incredibly proud of the girls’ efforts. Well done!
