Thalea Turowski, Community Fund Raiser for Save the Children, visited the school today and told the girls about the work of the charity around the world in the areas of Education, Hunger, Health, Children’s Rights, Keeping Children Safe, and Emergencies. It was a fascinating insight into the incredible work the charity does for children across the globe.
The girls presented a cheque for The Study’s donation of £756.60 (Spring Term charity money divided between Save the Children and London Air Ambulance).
Chrystine, a volunteer for Save the Children, presented certificates to girls who performed in the recent Save the Children Centenary Concert.
