The Study’s talented and hard working athletes have have been involved in a number of athletics meets over the last few weeks, including at Guildford, Small Schools, Thomas’s and Faulkner House.
There has been a wide variety of events that the girls have been taking part in. Each competition has included different distances and challenges; 80m, 100m, 150m, 200m, 400m, 600m, 800m, 4x100m relay, ball throw, high jump and long jump, so our girls have had a chance to show their skills across a wide range of events.
A special mention must go to the Year 3 girls who have shown such an excellent and focussed attitude in their first season. We foresee great things ahead!
In every competition nearly every girl has medalled and we have been overall runners up in each one. Well done to all our dedicated athletes, you are definitely setting the pace for teamwork, hard work and success!
