Reception and Year 1 were visited by some feathery friends in a recent Owl Workshop.

Reception and Year 1 took part in an Owl Workshop last week.

Reception has been learning about animals that hatch from eggs this term and Year 1 has been learning about nocturnal animals, reading the story Owl Babies.

They met Molly the Siberian Eagle Owl, Max the Perigrine Falcon, Cookie the Kookaburra and some of their feathery friends.

The girls were able to stroke the friendlier owls and asked lots of great, inquisitive questions.
