The Arts

Some form of creative activity is an integral part of each day in the Pre-prep Department. The Prep Department benefits from a specialist art teacher and we are proud of the girls' successes in a variety of art competitions.

We run a wide range of clubs for girls in the Prep Department, both at lunchtimes and after school. These vary from term to term, but would typically include art, athletics, board games, chess, choir, computing, country dancing, debating, drama, gym, fabric printing, needlework, netball, orchestra, rounders and touch typing.

There are opportunities for every girl to do some cooking over the course of each year at both Wilberforce House and Spencer House.
