Learning TogetherThe school is a mutually supportive community, encompassing the girls, their parents and the staff. Above all else, The Study is a happy school where the girls feel secure and valued.
We believe that politeness and good manners are best taught through the example set by the staff. The girls learn mutual respect and a sense of responsibility for the welfare and happiness of each other. Our older girls may be awarded merit points or badges for particular examples of kind, considerate behaviour or good manners. The School Council gives everyone the opportunity to feel involved in decision making.
We encourage enterprise and initiative. Each term we support a different charity, often chosen by the girls themselves who lead the fundraising effort.
The staff are always available to talk to parents and we value their support and involvement. The Study Association is run by parents for parents and supports the school with many successful social and fundraising events.
